These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of heropiks (the "Service"), an AI-powered social CRM and marketing-analytics platform. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
heropiks lets a business connect its own social, messaging, advertising and CRM accounts in order to view analytics, manage a unified inbox and use AI-assisted replies. Features available to you depend on your plan and the connections you enable.
You are responsible for the activity on your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for ensuring that the people you grant access are authorized.
You retain ownership of the data you connect to heropiks. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and features may change over time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, heropiks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
